【ゆずのフローズンヨーグルト】
今年もいよいよラストスパートですね。
12/22日は、一年で最も日が短い冬至を迎えます。冬至は、太陽の力が一番弱まる日で、言い換えればこの日を境に再び太陽の力が強まり、運気が上がっていく日でもあると言われています。
そこで今回は、上昇運をさらに高めてくれる効果がある冬至には欠かせない柚子を使って『ゆずのフローズンヨーグルト』を作っていきたいと思います。
ゆずの果汁がたっぷり入ったフローズンヨーグルトは、甘酸っぱくて後味すっきり!高級感があり、とても上品な味わいです。
味わいはリッチなのに、コスパは抜群で〝材料費一人分たったの46円!〟で作ることができます。
さらにさらに、作り方も驚くほど簡単で〝混ぜるだけ!〟なので難しい工程もなく、お子さん一人でもトライすることができます。また、洗い物が少ないのも魅力的!
今年の冬至は、柚子湯に浸かって体を温め、お風呂上りにひんやりシャリシャリの『ゆずのフローズンヨーグルト』をお召し上がりください。
火照った体を美味しくクールダウンして、ゆずの栄養もしっかりと取り入れて寒い冬を元気に過ごしていきましょう!!

【Yuzu frozen yoghurt】
This year is finally the last resort.
On the 12th / 22nd, the winter solstice with the shortest day is celebrated in one year. The winter solstice is the day when the power of the sun is the weakest, in other words it is said that it is the day when the power of the sun is strengthened again this day and the luck is going to rise as well.
So I would like to make "Yuzu's frozen yoghurt" using yuzu which is indispensable for the winter solstice which has the effect of further raising the luck in this time.
Frozen yogurt filled with yuzu juice is sweet and sour and aftertaste clear! There is luxury, it is a very elegant taste.
Although the taste is rich, Cospa is outstanding and can be made with "material cost of only 46 yen per person!"!
Even further, the way to make it is also surprisingly simple, "just mix!" So there is no difficult process and you can try even one child. Also, less washing is also attractive!
Winter solstice of this year, soak in Yuzu-yu and warm your body, please enjoy the "Yuzu's frozen yoghurt" of cool sharpness in the bath rise.

Anyways it took me a long time to figure out what's wrong with my stomach. I had stomachache almost everyday since I was a child. I visit doctor every other week and we had no idea why. My stomach is extremely sensitive so the fact that I have abs is quite astonishing. I get bloated from a lot of food. The ones that I mentioned in the video are just some of them. I still eat them but just less. There's this time that my friend made raw broccoli salad, and I was so sick for the entire night. I couldn't sleep, I had the worst cramps, throwing up because I basically got sick from eating raw broccoli. Same goes with eating too much raw kale, or even too much cooked broccoli and cauliflower. Apples is also not great for my stomach. I will have stomach cramps just shortly after consuming apples and I didn't know about it until quite recently. Now i think about it, it made so much sense because I had to call my mom to pick me up from school because I had bad stomach cramps from eating apples for breakfast! lol! So I guess you'll have to figure it out whether any food gives you bloating problem. My bf, Adrian, has no problem with anything. Lucky him!
